My name is Nick Baker and I believe that every property buyer should have the right information to be able to make an informed decision before committing to the biggest purchase of their lives.
I understand and know how stressful moving home can be and I aim to make having a home survey as easy and stress-free as possible.
I am an independent Certified RICS and RPSA Building Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in the property industry covering Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes as well as the surrounding towns and villages.
I am not owned or affiliated with any Insurance Company, Mortgage Lender or Estate Agency.
I only work for one person, You! In contrast to larger corporate firms that focus on targets, this enables me to give my full attention and serve you the client, your needs and your requirements.
I pride myself on giving a very comprehensive and professional service, with a very quick turnaround of 1-2 working days between the inspection of the property and sending your report.
Surveys are individual and I am happy to include any issues that you are specifically concerned about and discuss any queries or questions you may have before and after the inspection.
